Perfect for prototyping, production, and a wide range of applications, the ONE comes equipped with one BigRep fiber-ready Power Extruder (PEX) that features interchangeable 0.6, 1.0, and 2.0 mm nozzles for maximum detail or high-flow additive manufacturing.
The new dual PEX2 extruders are 600g lighter than their predecessor, have a 40% higher flow rate, and can print with both extruders at once with Twin Mode, making it quicker and cost-efficient. The powerful dual-drive feeding wheel setup includes long-lasting wear-resistant diamond nozzles for reliable printing with soft as well as carbon fiber-reinforced materials.
The robust open industrial design ensures unobstructed print monitoring and easy access to the print bed. Check the print quality and progress of the print job at any time with access to the print bed from three sides. The optional enclosure add-on maintains a stable printing temperature and ensures CE-compliant operator safety.
An intuitive user interface on the machine’s touch panel simplifies access to convenient features. Functions such as remote loading, checking print progress via webcam, changing print parameters, and resuming print after a power failure, are just some of the features you can enjoy from anywhere.
We have switched up the BigRep ONE's print bed with magnetic SWITCHPLATE options, an add-on for maximum material range. It comes in two variants, offering strong adhesion for different materials. The printer retains its original integrated inductive sensor - the semi-automatic bed leveling system that simplifies platform calibration.
The Keep Dry Box Add-On protects the filament from moisture and dust ensuring optimal material storage conditions and fits all standard spool sizes, including two spools of up to 8 kgs. An out-of-filament sensor pauses printing so you can replace the empty spool, which is particularly useful for very large prints.

How To Order - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
When we receive your order, our team will be in touch to schedule a quick 30min intro meeting with you so we can confirm all of the details of your order.
Once we establish the details of your order, we will send you an invoice which can be paid via credit card (with a 4% transaction fee), or ACH/Wire Transfer with no fee. Once the invoice is paid, we will then proceed with finalizing your order with BigRep. If your printer configuration and add-ons are in stock, it will ship immediately to our facility where we will begin quality control test printing. If your printer configuration is not in stock, we will be in touch with you to establish a leadtime.
Once we arrange the shipment, we will confirm with you a window of time which we can complete the onsite installation service and training of your BigRep printer. This training will take place over the course of two days at your location where we will go over every aspect of the printer so that you can operate it with confidence! We will go over general maintenance and best practices for use along with basic slicer profile set up for your materials and test print a couple established profiles. We guarantee that you will have a better experience after going through this training and you can take advantage of having a direct line to our support team for any issue that may arise.
